We’re sorry to hear that you’ve encountered a problem with your order, and would like to do what we can to help. If the issue may be able to be resolved through technical support, we may first offer to try and fix the problem. All return requests are subject to the terms and condition of sale, and the specific warranty outlined on the product you ordered from us. If no warranty period was specified, our standard Limited Warranty is 30 days from the date equipment was delivered to the designated shipping address by the carrier.
