Organizations looking to sell used IT equipment can expect an easy and comprehensive process when selling to RepowerIT. In a majority of our IT Buyback program projects, RepowerIT provides a fixed price offer to buy your surplus hardware. It’s less common, but if you aren’t sure of what equipment you have, we can work with you to determine if selling your equipment on a revenue sharing basis would be of interest. In either case, you might be left wondering what the logistics would involve as far as how our company can assist you. Since we’ve been in business since 2011, it’s likely that we’ve encountered a logistics situation similar to yours, enabling us to make the process much simpler for you. We would like to know about any used IT equipment you have for sale, including the following:

Once we’ve determined the value and liquidity of your equipment, we’ll also take into account what the logistics will involve, and then can provide you with an offer. Other factors will include if you want us to wipe or shred any hard drives which might be received as part of the deal.

Once the deal has been agreed to, the logistics can take place

If you are packing the equipment, we can coordinate shipment of that equipment to our facility. If you need us to handle the packing, we’ll set a date and time for us to come on-site and handle that for you.

Audit & Payment

Equipment is tested, and we issue payment

Audit & Payment

All equipment will be audited at our facility to verify it’s what we expected. If there are shortages or extras, we’ll work with you to resolve that. Payment will be issued in the timeline which was agreed to on our purchase order.
